The Saturday Homestead was born out of a desire to return to simple, natural skincare. As a wife, mother, and healthcare professional, I began questioning the long lists of synthetic and harmful ingredients found in many store-bought products. I started searching for cleaner, time-honored alternatives inspired by generations before us—products that truly nourish the skin.

That search led me to tallow, a traditional ingredient rich in vitamins and naturally compatible with our skin’s own oils. What began as a necessity soon became a passion. Today, The Saturday Homestead offers handcrafted soaps and a variety of natural body products made in small batches.

Each product is carefully created by our family using thoughtfully locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Our goal is to provide honest, effective skincare rooted in tradition, made with care, and designed for everyday use by the whole family.
